About The Position
The Champagne Bar Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
Requirements
- Minimum two-years food service or related work
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality
Responsibilities
- Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest.
- Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware, and paper goods for service; fill salt, pepper shakers, replenish sugars., prepare bread service
- Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.
