The CFC Reporting & Mobile Product Lead role directly reports to the CFC & Marketing CRM Portfolio Products Lead within the Global Commercial Excellence & Enablement organization in the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). This role carries a dual mandate: 1. International CFC Reporting Product Lead— Coordinating with Global Commercial Analytics to create a single, governed International CFC Reporting product roadmap, and enabling a seamless transition to the new CFC Engagement Platform (Lifescience Cloud) in 2026 and beyond 2. Mobile Product Leadership (CFC messaging) leveraging the multi year mobile messaging strategy to optimize the channels (SMS, WhatsApp Business API), drive AI assisted messaging and in app guidance, and deliver operational excellence across U.S. and International portfolios. Messaging platforms include US SMS, WhatsApp Business, LineWorks, Zalo and emerging mobile engagement capabilities—across more than 40 markets. The Product Lead will provide end to end product strategy, governance, investment prioritization, and operational delivery across both domains, anchored in measurable outcomes This position leads cross-functional teams, working closely with CMO, Digital, Legal/Compliance, and local markets.
