Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across multiple makes and models
• Perform advanced electrical and engine diagnostics
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and leadership to ensure clear customer communication
• Maintain top-tier safety and quality standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
