Requirements

• Current ASE and/or manufacturer certifications
• Proven experience working in a flat‑rate technician role
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document inspections, findings, and repair recommendations
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in a flat‑rate environment
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department
