About The Position
2025-2026 School Year All substitute teachers for Avon Local Schools are processed through the Educational Service Center of Lorain County. In order to be placed on Avon's approved substitute teacher list, please follow the instructions on the SUBSTITUTE page on the ESC's website: http://www.loraincountyesc.org/Substitutes.aspx All substitutes are required to have a valid criminal background check and a current teaching or substitute license.
