Day to day as a CRISIS SCREENING CENTER-CERTIFIED SCREENER As a Certified Screener at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to individuals in crisis. Your responsibilities will include answering our dedicated hotline to assist with phone referrals, delivering therapeutic interventions, and advising on necessary face-to-face evaluations. You will conduct thorough screenings and evaluations while stabilizing clients experiencing distress and meticulously documenting all interactions, both over the phone and in person. Additionally, you'll engage in ongoing training, supervision, and employee development activities, as guided by the Program Director, ensuring you continuously enhance your skills and grow within this fulfilling role. Requirements

Master's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution plus one-year experience in a psychiatric setting OR Bachelor's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution plus three years of experience in mental health one of which is in a crisis or acute care setting.
Completion of NJDMHS Crisis Training Certification or eligibility to take this examination.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
Ability to work overnight hours
A Background Check is required
Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.

Responsibilities
