Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from a recognized national certifying body.
  • Clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, preferably with geriatric and direct patient care responsibilities.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • The CRNP utilizes advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills daily to evaluate patient conditions accurately and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
