About The Position

This position collaborates with our surgeons and surgery team to deliver anesthesia, both general and local, for our medical and surgical procedures while carefully following established protocols to ensure patient satisfaction and safety. Caring for our patients is a team effort, and establishing rapport and a cooperative relationship with doctors and team members is a also must!

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
• Must maintain current Arkansas license to practice as an RN
• Hold a Masters degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Maintain a CRNA certification with the NBCRNA
• Must maintain current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CRNA
• Maintain a professional manner in stressful situations
• Strong verbal communication skills in order to converse clearly and professionally with patients and staff

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in an eye care clinic
• At least one year of experience with electronic health records
