- Exceptional Earning Potential: Competitive salary based on experience & duties: Range of approximately $220,000 to approximately $280,000 Includes Location Differential at Schuylkill of $17,500 for full time work at this site In addition, performance-based incentive eligibility Additional bonuses available for service time equal to an additional ~20% of annual salary Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan along with a maximum retention bonus of $20,000 Extra payment also available for excess coverage Total earning potential above the 90th percentile in many cases
