We are seeking a patient-centered CRNA to join our anesthesia care team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort from preoperative assessment through postoperative recovery. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and anesthesia.
- Current Nebraska RN and CRNA license (or ability to obtain via compact state requirements within 30 days).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- At least two (2) years of anesthesia experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesia techniques and procedures within your clinical privileges, including induction, airway management, and life support.
- Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and administer various anesthesia techniques (general, regional, and MAC).
- Maintain patient stability through vigilant monitoring of vital signs and adjusting medication or ventilator support as needed.
- Partner with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Lead or assist in airway management and critical care interventions during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records.
