The Certified Recreational Therapist will be responsible for leading, planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of patients and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being. Ensure the activity programs are appropriately presented by staff. Maintain records of all activities and patient participation. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
