Position Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as financial liaison between the CEO, Corporate Board of Directors, funding sources, and financial institutions. The CFO manages the financial resources for the Organization, including accounting, finance, organizational budgets, investments, and treasury in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The CFO provides oversight of funding, contracts, policies/procedures, and safeguards assets through the maintenance of proper internal controls. The CFO possess a strong background in overall financial management and strategic fiscal leadership skills.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
10 years of progressive experience

Nice To Haves

Experience in Managed Care, nonprofit cost accounting, and federal funding is preferred
