About The Position

Position : Certified Pilates Apparatus Instructor Location : FFC Gold Coast Compensation : $49-$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500-$1000/month for the first 3 months). Requirements

Full Studio Certification : Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
Educational Skills : Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
CPR/AED Certification : Required

Responsibilities

Build Your Schedule : Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
Sales : Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
Safety : Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
Client Engagement : Help clients with exercise guidance and support
Promote FFC Programs : Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
Deliver Quality Training : Help clients achieve their fitness goals
Stay Informed : Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
Maintain Certifications : Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
Support Events : Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
