Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. Requirements

Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one
Current CPR/AED certification
Sales experience strongly preferred
Training experience required, even if it’s only with friends/family
Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends
Reliable transportation
Coachability & drive to always be improving

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
Lead engaging small-group training workouts
Follow pre-built workout programs while adding your own flavor and knowing when & how to personalize to meet clients' needs
Follow an assessment + sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started
Build & maintain strong member relationships
Assist with onboarding new clients
Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment
Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience
Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated
Participate in club social media presence
