Webb Medical Center opened its doors in 1988 and has been growing ever since to meet the health care needs of the communities in the northwest area of metropolitan Phoenix. Our nonprofit acute care hospital has 404 licensed beds and is currently the eighth largest hospital in the Valley. Designed to grow with the community, Banner Del E. Webb has the ability to add an additional 92 beds, growing the campus to nearly 500 beds in the future. Our campus also serves as a base for a BannerAir helicopter. As a Patient Care Assistant at our facility, you will be part of our Progressive Care Unit! PCU-3D is a 38 bed cardiac telemetry unit. You will provide routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. You can float to all inpatient units in hospital. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in medical records, as well as provide a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department. Available shifts: Part-time Day shift, 2 days per week, 12 hour shifts Full-time Day shift, 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts Hours: 7:00am-7:30pm Self-scheduling tool - There are no set schedules Weekend rotations are required in this role Rotating holidays required Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-Night shift differential when applicable Banner Del E.
