About The Position
Symbria is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our employee-owned team at St. Elizabeth’s Home in Janesville, WI . This unique role offers the best of both worlds with a split position between Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Home Health care giving you variety, flexibility, and meaningful impact every day. Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

- acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
- maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
