• Associate’s degree-Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant License (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3545)
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Implements Plan of Care
• Measures and communicates progress towards goals
• Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
• Provides supervision to rehab techs and students
• Provide weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
