About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Occupational Therapy Assistants focused on providing evidence-based geriatric care through Geriatric House Calls™. This position is for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team in Grinnell and the surrounding area, primarily based in senior living community partners. Clinicians work autonomously, create their own schedules, and help older adults become stronger and live better longer. FOX is a high-growth, entrepreneurial private practice of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and exercise physiologists, built on the strong clinical foundation of Geriatric House Calls. They provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in acute, post-acute, home, senior living community, and outpatient settings, giving clinicians the autonomy to help clients achieve what they once thought impossible. Requirements

  • Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Positive, compassionate, respectful, and hard-working with the desire to proactively develop your craft to achieve clinical excellence
  • Reliable, accountable, and respond to every challenge with solutions, rather than excuses
  • Thrive in an autonomous setting and meet expectations for scheduling and caseload management
