Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
About The Position
At H2 Health Prime Living, we’re transforming the outpatient experience by bringing 1:1 therapy services directly to residents within luxury senior living communities. Our model allows you to deliver high-quality, individualized care; all under one roof without the stress of constant travel or rushed visit schedules. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on our team, you’ll support residents in maintaining their independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful, goal-driven interventions. Working closely under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on care that truly makes a difference in daily function and engagement.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active or eligible for state license.

- Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
