About The Position

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Noble Horizons_ has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

New grads welcome to apply! We can offer good amount of hours up to 25 weekly for PRN - weekdays and/or weekends

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
