About The Position

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Community at Rockhill & Surrounding Retirement Communities (see below) has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. Please note that we are seeking assistant for coverage for the following Symbria communities as PRN: Please note that Symbria manages the rehab programs for several area communities therefore we are seeking a PRN to cover all our buildings as need arrises these include the following: Frederick Living - Frederick The Community at Rockhill - Sellersville Peter Becker - Harleysville Lutheran Community - Telford Souderton Mennonite Home - Souderton Dock Woods - Landsdale

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Ideal to have weekdays availability
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
• Nethealth experience

Responsibilities

• As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
