About The Position

Orchard View Post Acute and Colonial Vista Post Acute are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life. We’re offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for the right candidate. Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
- Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered goals
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional therapy environment
