About The Position

The Center at Park Grande is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team! What you’ll do: Work closely with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans. Help patients regain independence in daily living activities. Document treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Provide encouragement and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and have current license or be license-eligible in the state of Texas
• Should have as a minimum, 1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility
