About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Management Grade 1 team member to support our production and blending operations. This role is responsible for staging materials, maintaining accurate inventory flow, and ensuring timely delivery of ingredients to support daily production schedules. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to use barcode scanners

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Complete daily forklift inspection sheets
• Read and respond to production schedule updates via email
• Stage ingredients accurately and on time to support production needs
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures when staging materials
• Return excess ingredients from blending back to the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking using barcode scanning systems
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and blending team members
• Follow all plant-wide policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
