About The Position
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation facility in Willows, CA . This per-diem role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on improving patient outcomes through high-quality care.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid CA COTA certification; state licensure and BLS certification.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings.
- Proficiency in therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal communication, patience, and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living tasks.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions under OT supervision.
- Document patient responses and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
