Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Arizona COTA license
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach

Nice To Haves

Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities
Interest in feeding therapy is a plus
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services following treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Implement engaging, client-centered activities that support progress toward goals
Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation
Partner with supervising OTs and caregivers to support each client's success
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
