About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at the Arizona Veterans Home in Yuma, AZ. The AZ State Veterans Home in Yuma is a state-owned and operated facility located in West Yuma, featuring 60 long-term care beds and a 20-bed memory care unit. Residents have single occupancy rooms with ADA-approved en suite bathrooms and enjoy customized services, comfort, dignity, and social connections through various activities and outings with staff, other Veterans, and the community. Requirements
- Must have an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- COTA/L shall implement the plan of care as established by the OTR/L and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.
