About The Position
Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Compassionate and Motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives. Requirements
- Current California COTA license in good standing
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
- Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support resident goals
- Promote safety, independence, and quality of life for residents
