As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), youâll play a meaningful role in helping older adults live with greater independence, dignity, and joy. Working hand-in-hand with a licensed Occupational Therapist and a supportive Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), youâll bring compassion, creativity, and clinical skill to every interactionâwhether itâs in a participantâs home, our day center, or out in the community. At the heart of this role is the opportunity to support the implementation of personalized occupational therapy care plans that focus on what matters most to our participants: safety, mobility, confidence, and the ability to stay connected to daily life. Youâll guide and encourage each individual as they build the functional skills that help them thrive, and youâll share your insights and observations to ensure their care evolves thoughtfully and responsively. This is more than a jobâitâs a chance to be part of a mission-driven team deeply committed to aging with grace and purpose. If youâre someone who finds joy in helping others reach their goals, values teamwork, and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of older adults, weâd love to welcome you to our community.
