About The Position

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA Full-Time RegalCare at Quincy Managed by LTC Therapy Services Join a supportive, therapist-led rehab team in a skilled nursing facility where COTAs are truly valued, well-supported, and empowered to help residents regain independence and enjoy meaningful daily activities. Your Role Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Provide hands-on treatment to improve ADL function, fine motor skills, upper extremity strength/coordination, cognition, and functional independence Train residents and families in adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and energy conservation techniques Motivate and encourage residents during therapy sessions Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with the OT, nursing, and interdisciplinary team Why COTAs Stay & Thrive Here Strong clinical support from therapist Regional Directors who regularly visit the buildings Excellent mentorship and guidance available - ideal for new grads and early-career COTAs Annual performance reviews with realistic raise opportunities Typically able to offer consistent full 40-hour caseloads Optional PRN / extra hours at nearby facilities if desired Unlimited $1,000 employee referral bonuses (no cap!) Requirements

• Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA license (or pending)
• Strong teamwork skills and compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Commitment to high-quality, functional rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
