About The Position
Avid Healthcare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to work at Sacramento County Facilities in Northern California. Position: CA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to s upport healthcare within a correctional facility, assisting with patient care while maintaining security protocols. The assignment for this position is in a Correctional Facility. 2 weekend days/month availability is required. (2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays or Sat/Sun) Scheduled days/shifts & location are based on the facility needs Both facilities are open seven (7) days a week. Your availability is one of the criteria's reviewed for consideration for this assignment Your availability is how your schedule is created based on needs of either facility location All candidates must be available to work days as specified on availability you submit. Requirements
- CA CNA license
- Current CPR certifications
- 2 years plus of experience
- Strong observational skills and experience in high-stress or secure settings are preferred
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively use the nursing process
