About The Position
Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) to work the following 8 hour shifts: Full-time and Part-Time on Days (7a-3p), requires you work every other weekend both days Part-time on Evenings (3p-11p), requires you work every other weekend; shift differential applies Every Other Weekend Only (both days) on Evenings. Shift Differential applies. Please note, we do not offer alternatives to the specific shift times. THESE POSITIONS GO VERY FAST, SO APPLY TODAY! $19 - 22 per hour depending on status and benefits selected $2/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR 2nd shift Generations at Applewood is a State-of-the-Art, 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing community offering quality healthcare services to residents throughout the Chicagoland area. Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be 18 years of age
- Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- CPR Certified
- Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
- Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
