About The Position

Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, a beautiful senior living community located in Venice, Florida, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are hiring for all shifts, with a rotation that includes weekends, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, with a rotation schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure residents’ safety and comfort
• Support residents in engaging in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care
