Requirements

  • Must hold a current CNA certification in California and be in good standing.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and eager to provide excellent care.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right fit!

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily nursing care and assistance to residents based on their individual care plans.
  • Help residents with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing supervisors.
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care while promoting dignity and comfort.
  • Record vital signs, intake, and output as directed.
  • Keep resident rooms tidy and ensure a clean, comfortable environment.
  • Create and maintain a warm, friendly, and resident-centered atmosphere.
  • Support the team by following care plans, safety policies, and established procedures.
