About The Position
Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on an on-call basis. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification in good standing.
- Genuine concern and compassion for older adults.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible on-call hours.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Promote teamwork and a positive, caring atmosphere.
