Requirements

• Valid CNA License in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency in basic nursing skills, including vital signs and physical examinations
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols
• Familiarity with IV infusion procedures
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
• Perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with gastric lavage and IV infusion as needed
• Provide patient service and support, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of medical equipment (DME)
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
