Requirements
- Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved CNA program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and ADLs
- Take and record vital signs; report changes
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document care and follow care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
