Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
1- 2 years of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing
IL CNA License
There will be three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, before working any scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care, physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment
Assist residents with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement/Care Plan, and other services as delegated by the Director of Health and Wellness
