Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients. Your role will be to maintain patients comfort and safety. Requirements

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in California.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and physical

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care, demonstrating compassion and understanding.
