Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
