About The Position

Baylor Program Certified Nursing Assistant Schedule: Day Shift 6 AM - 2 PM Week 1: Sun |Thurs | Fri | Sat Week 2: Sun | Thurs| Fri | Sat Pay Ranges: $16.50 - $21.70 What makes the Baylor Program great is that you work your set schedule of 32 hours a week, but you get paid for 40! Additional Pay Incentives: $2/hour evening & night shift differential (2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am all days) Additional $2/hour weekend shift differential (offered from 6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday) POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a senior living care setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role supports residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and dignity, observes and reports changes in condition, and contributes to a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment. Requirements

  • Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Organized with the ability to maintain accuracy, possess computer experience, and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with nursing assistants and nursing administration to ensure established standards of care are met.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach.
  • A pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with staff, residents, and family members in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to perform the duties listed in the job description with autonomy.
  • Must be flexible and accommodate changing priorities.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the job as described in the job description.
  • Must meet all pre-hire screening requirements for employment.
