About The Position
We are seeking qualified and experienced CNA' for immediate start at multiple locations across our entire service area of Lake Norman and Charlotte, NC. We are seeking caring and reliable caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. Position: In-Home Caregiver Location: S. Charlotte / N. Charlotte Hours: Flexible scheduling available (Part-time, Full-time and weekend positions available) $150 SIGN-ON BONUS for eligible candidates!
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and leisure activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
