How you’ll make an impact in this role Travel to patients’ homes to provide compassionate in-home care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and safe transfers. Assist with care procedures as directed by a physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN) while ensuring patient comfort and dignity in the home setting. Observe, document, and report changes in patients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home care environment, identifying safety hazards and responding appropriately to potential risks or emergency situations.

Requirements

Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
BLS Provider preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
