Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Physical ability to assist with client transfers
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare and serve meals tailored to residents needs
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members
- Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition
