All Saints Sub Acute & Skilled Nursing is looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team. Requirements

Must hold a current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Strong communication skills, a team-player mentality, and a genuine passion for serving those in a sub-acute setting.
Dedicated to providing quality care and maintaining a supportive environment for residents and fellow staff.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report patient status and evolving needs to the nursing leadership team.
Proactively answer call lights and attend to patient needs with dignity and respect.
Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth experience for patients and families.
Serve meals and manage the distribution and collection of meal trays.
Implement specific procedures and programs designed to maintain high standards of sub-acute care.
