Resident Support: Proactively answer call lights and attend to patient needs with dignity and respect. Seamless Transitions: Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth experience for patients and families. Nutritional Support: Serve meals and manage the distribution and collection of meal trays. Quality Advocacy: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to maintain high standards of sub-acute care. Requirements
- Must hold a current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Strong communication skills, a team-player mentality, and a genuine passion for serving those in a sub-acute setting.
- Dedicated to providing quality care and maintaining a supportive environment for residents and fellow staff.
