Requirements
- CNA registered in NYS.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English, ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Some experience working with people.
Responsibilities
- Provides and/or assists the resident in bathing and all other ADL’s as per care plan.
- Maintains appropriate toileting/bowel regimens as per individualized care planning.
- Assists with feeding residents, tray distribution, and recording of intakes as per policy.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.
- Distributes nourishments and fluids, assists resident and records intake appropriately.
- Provides physical assistance to residents for daily needs.
- Provides designated exercises and repositioning for the residents.
- Maintains required documentation and food/fluid records in a timely manner.
- Receives/gives report to team members/team leaders at the stipulated time with all information complied.
- Assists in maintaining resident equipment and environment in a neat clean manner, assuring process
