Requirements

• Must hold a valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
• A dedicated, compassionate, and reliable professional with a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s assessment and individualized care plan.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Report changes in resident conditions to your supervisors to ensure proactive medical attention.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residency goals.
• Utilize our continuous training to stay current on the latest nursing standards and facility protocols.
