Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold a current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Observation: Monitor and report patient status and evolving needs to the nursing leadership team.
  • Resident Support: Proactively answer call lights and attend to patient needs with dignity and respect.
  • Seamless Transitions: Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth experience for patients and families.
  • Nutritional Support: Serve meals and manage the distribution and collection of meal trays.
  • Quality Advocacy: Implement specific procedures and programs designed to maintain high standards of sub-acute care.
