Requirements

Proof of High School Education (Diploma, GED, College Transcript/Degree)
CPR (no online classes accepted)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Valid Driver License with proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care in the home and community to support needs such as safety skills, personal care, communication skills, social skills, job skills, independent living skills, etc.
